Guadeloupe TrailCALVARY CHURCH is leaving the building again this year to participate in San Jose's annual WALK FOR AIDS. For 20 years, the Walk for AIDS has raised funds for local HIV/AIDS service organizations and increased visability of the issue within our community. The 8.2km (5.2 mile) walk will be held as Discovery Meadow in downtown San Jose and is the largest fundraising event for HIV/AIDS in Santa Clara County. Each year, more than 3,500 individuals participate in the walk to benefit agencies to reach more than 30,000 annually through education and prevention efforts and more than 5,000 people through direct services.

This year, CALVARY CHURCH will join dozens of churches in the South Bay through TEAM BEAUTIFUL DAY to walk for the cause of AIDS in our community. All proceeds raised by Calvary Church will benefit The Health Trust which has been promoting health and wellness in the people and communities of the Silicon Valley since 1996.

Register online through the Walk for AIDS website. Be sure to sign up with TEAM BEAUTIFUL DAY. The process takes about 10 minutes to complete.
