JOB OPENING AT CALVARY
Calvary Church is seeking to fill the position of Business Administrator. The Business Administrator oversees all the business activities at Calvary Church. This includes managing the Business Office, the Church budget, financial reporting, insurance and Kiddie Kampus Daycare Center. This is a full-time paid position with benefits including medical/dental insurance, paid vacation, sick leave and church retirement contribution.  BECOME A STAR TENDER!
Shining Stars Respite is a fun-filled day for children with special needs to give their families a much-needed break. On April 10th, we will be having a Gym Night Respite with judo, soccer, hockey, basketball, wheelchair races & obstacles courses, t-ball,bounce house, AND more! There are appropriate activities for ALL. The rest of the evening includes games, a video and of course, FUN and more FUN. Supper will be provided. There is no charge for Shining Stars Respite. All of this in a safe, loving environment giving you take the opportunity for a break knowing your child is having a wonderful time.
In order to make this happen, WE NEED YOUR HELP. Volunteers (Star Tenders) are needed for each child to receive the one-on-one attention he or she needs. Training is provided on site. If you can help, contact Joyce Roberts at 408-559-3337 or joyceconnection@aol.com.

The SHINING STARS CLASSROOM is a safe and loving environment for children with significant special needs who benefit from a smaller classroom size, more individual attention, and curriculum delivered at a slower pace. Here the children experience and learn about God’s love through Bible stories, songs, activities, and art projects.

PRAY FOR OUR STUDENTS
THIS SUNDAY, April 11 at 10:15am
Within the last year five Los Gatos High School students have lost their lives. Saddened by these tragedies, a group of parents were moved to action. They gathered students, parents and youth leaders for a time of corporate prayer between services. “With all that has happened we need to pray for change in our community, a change for our students and a true change that comes from God.” said Andrew West, Pastor of Student Ministries.
The Student Ministry team has asked us to continue to meet to pray with them once a month. We meet the first Sunday of each month between services, from 10:15am to 10:45am. We will meet in the second floor lobby of the main Worship Center building and we invite you to join us this Sunday for a prayer meeting.
