Marketing Request
Please submit all requests at least six weeks prior to your launch date/event. This timeline allows three weeks for asset development and three weeks for communication to the Calvary community. If any details are still pending when you submit, please finalize all open items no later than four weeks before your launch date (two weeks after submitting your Marketing Request).
For ongoing distributional items (e.g. Welcome connect cards, HSM Leader Follow-up Cards, MomCo name tags), please allow 7 days for delivery.
Email Request
Use this form to request an email communication. Submission by Ministry Leads Only, unless previously discussed with MarCom.
If your list audience does not appear on the drop down, please select Other/Special. You will receive an email with follow-up clarification.
Please submit requests no later than 2 weeks prior to requested Send Date. Email content must be submitted with request.
