May 2026 Update
/In this update:
1) Exterior Site Plan in Final Stages
2) Formal submission of Conditional Use Permit Being Submitted this Month
We are continuing to make steady progress across several key areas of the campus project.
Our team has been working closely with the site and landscape architects at HMH to refine and finalize the exterior site plan. This includes integrating team feedback, addressing budgetary and programmatic opportunities and constraints, consideration of town regulations, and ensuring the design reflects both our long-term vision and the practical realities of the campus.
At the same time, we’ve been engaged in significant work with our land use attorney to draft a modified Conditional Use Permit (CUP). The work is focused on creating a framework with significantly more freedom for ministry operation and future flexibility while aligning with town requirements and positioning us well for the next phases of development.
We are also continuing thoughtful discussions around funding. This includes evaluating options for how to obtain the highest value for the back parking lot while maintaining influence in its future development, as well as ongoing generosity and contributions from within our church community. Our goal is to approach this with both wisdom and faith, ensuring a sustainable path forward.
All of this work is moving us toward a critical milestone; we remain on track to submit plans to the Town at the end of May, which will begin the Architecture & Site (A&S) review process.
Thank you for your continued prayer, engagement, and support as we move forward together.
